USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.

For fast and reliable shipping choose our $14 UPS Ground option at checkout. USPS standard shipping is $7.95. Our warehouse is located in Birmingham, Alabama.
UPS Next Day Air Saver is our overnight delivery option. Deliveries reach residential customers by the end of the next day. Orders must be placed by 12 pm CT for same day processing. If you order after 12 pm CT your order will be processed the next business day. **NEXT DAY DOES NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS! **If you live in Alabama, continue to checkout with UPS Ground. Orders placed in Alabama with UPS Ground will deliver in one day.
Fed Ex Express Saver is an express shipping service that delivers to your house within 3 business days. Orders must be placed by 12 pm CT for same day processing. If you order after 12 pm CT your order will be processed the next business day.
P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.
If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
PLEASE double check your shipping address! The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost if address is entered incorrectly.

USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
